Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about setting up your training space.

What type of flooring is best for a home gym?

For most home gyms, our 8mm to 10mm rubber rolls or interlocking tiles provide the best balance of shock absorption, floor protection, and durability for weightlifting and cardio equipment.

How do I clean and maintain my gym flooring?

Maintenance is simple. Regularly vacuum to remove dust and debris, and mop with a PH-neutral cleaner mixed with water. Avoid using harsh bleach or oil-based cleaners which can degrade the rubber.

Do I need adhesive to install the rubber tiles?

Our interlocking tiles are designed for a 'loose lay' installation and typically do not require adhesive. However, for high-traffic commercial spaces or heavy sled-pulling areas, we recommend using a perimeter tape or full-spread adhesive.

How long does shipping take for heavy flooring orders?

Standard orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Due to the weight of the products, large orders are shipped via LTL freight and usually arrive within 5-10 business days depending on your location.

Can I install this flooring over carpet?

While it is possible to lay rubber tiles over low-pile commercial carpet, we recommend a hard, flat surface like concrete or wood for maximum stability and to prevent the joints from shifting during high-intensity workouts.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all standard stock items. Products must be in original, unused condition. Please note that due to the weight of gym flooring, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
