At Gym Flooring, we want you to be completely satisfied with your workout space, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused flooring products in their original packaging. Whether you ordered the wrong thickness or changed your mind on color, our team is here to ensure a smooth exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Flooring

  Securely pack the rubber tiles or rolls back into their original shipping crates or boxes to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the items off at our designated carrier, or schedule a freight pickup for heavy bulk orders.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the flooring for wear and tear, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement mats within 5 business days.
